Is there anyway to change the dns suffix from key.chillispot.org when you type in IPCONFIG?

So how does that work... is the chillisoft sofware relying on the key.chillispot.org dns?

you can change it in the chillispot config file but if you do it makes the "exit" and "logout" not work anymore.

when a user is loged into the system and wants to log out they can type exit in the browser and it will log them off of the system.

it is in the firmware. you would have to manually rebuild the firmware yourself to change it.

I am pretty sure it ends up in /tmp/chilli.conf and that file is built on the fly at bootup by chillispot...

Loren and I have been down this rabbit hole and we figure dout that this is just a redirect page that is used for various links used by chillispot, like "prelogin" and "logoff".. etc...

Now I am trying to pull up the web page:

http://key.chillispot.org/exit

and I am just getting the domain out of service message..

I will have to get on the wifi and type exit and also go look at the chillispot.info page, if it is even up and running, or go find this info on coova, but this is changeable, but not that easily, and it will affect various things in chillispot, like steve says..

I will be back on this, because I think we need to verify that page is even working right now or not..
